1. Accounts & Use
- You must provide accurate info when creating an account. One account per user.
- Keep your login secure. Don’t share your password.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You may not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break the rules.
2. Payments & Subscriptions
- KinetiQ Ai subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or via launch offer, as shown on the pricing page).
- You can cancel your subscription anytime. Access will continue until the end of your paid period.
- Non-payment or chargebacks may result in account suspension.
3. Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
- To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account details and reason.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds apply to the initial payment only. Renewals are not eligible unless required by law.
4. Data & Privacy
- Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You own your workout data. We don’t sell or share it with third parties for advertising.
- You can export or delete your data by emailing us.
5. Platform & Intellectual Property
- KinetiQ Ai, its content, code, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Don’t copy, resell, or repackage our platform without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- KinetiQ Ai provides information and advice, but you are responsible for your own health and fitness decisions.
- We are not liable for injuries, loss of data, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
