The short version: it's your account, there's nothing to buy yet, and you're responsible for how you train. The details are below.
01. Accounts & Use
You must provide accurate info when creating an account. One account per user. Keep your login secure. Don’t share your password. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You may not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that break the rules.
02. Payments & Subscriptions
KinetiQ is in private testing and there is nothing to pay for. No subscription, no paid tier, and no way to be charged: the app contains no payment system. If that changes, purchases will be made through the App Store, and these terms will be updated before any charge is possible.
03. Refunds
Nothing has been sold, so there is nothing to refund. If KinetiQ is sold through the App Store in future, Apple takes the payment and Apple handles refunds — you would request one from Apple, not from us. These terms will be updated before that happens.
04. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You own your workout data. We don’t sell or share it with third parties for advertising. You can export or delete your data by emailing us.
05. Intellectual Property
KinetiQ AI, its content, code, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Don’t copy, resell, or repackage our platform without written permission.
06. Liability
KinetiQ AI provides information and advice, but you are responsible for your own health and fitness decisions. We are not liable for injuries, loss of data, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
